Micro-Injection and Consolidation Systems

FUBIX® – It is suitable for multi-purpose, and it is light, compact and easy to use system.

Especially suitable for filling all joints types on outer facades in brick, stone, rock, etc. For spraying, injection, micro-injection and pumping any kind of cement compounds or premixed mortars, glues, resins, polyurethane, etc…

System has a remote control to calibrate injection speed electronically and one reverse pumping mechanism.

When micro-injection is asked for, injection pressure can control easily with nozzle attached with sensitive manometer. It can be controlled with a system attached to operator’s wrist.

When it is requested at consolidation works, system which has pipes with 20 mm diameter and flat or round nozzle and 9 lt capacity cone, is used.

With that system, joint filter material can be reached to 5mt easily.
