Silikat boyalar ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 cam suyunun inorganik renk pigmentleri ve mineral esasl\u0131 dolgu maddeleri ile uygun olarak olu\u015fturulan kombinasyonu sonucu uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 mineral y\u00fczeye hem n\u00fcfuz eder hem de kimyasal etkile\u015fime girer. Kaplamadan ziyade uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczeyin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelir<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fczey t\u0131pk\u0131 do\u011fal beton gibi mineral mat bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcme sahip olur. Tahta kal\u0131p izleri gibi dokular korunmu\u015f olmakla kalmaz, silisle\u015fme s\u00fcreci sonucu y\u00fczeyin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelir. B\u00f6ylece k\u00f6t\u00fc hava \u015fartlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan daha ileri d\u00fczeydeki bozulmalara kar\u015f\u0131 korunmu\u015f olur. Mimari tasar\u0131m do\u011frultusunda orijinal beton malzeme seyrelti oran\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak daha az veya daha \u00e7ok transparanl\u0131\u011fa ve\/veya renkli bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcme sahip olabilir. Uygulaman\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir alan\u0131 renk farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u201cbeton grisi\u201d kullan\u0131larak dengelenmesi iken, \u00e7ok say\u0131da mimar ayr\u0131ca beton bak\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in de renkli ve\/veya beton renginde silikat mineral boyalar kullanmay\u0131 tercih etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak KEIM silikat boyalar\u0131 sadece bu ama\u00e7la br\u00fct beton y\u00fczeylerde kullan\u0131lmaz. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7ok avantaj a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da tercih edilir;<\/p>\n<p>* Ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 cam suyu UV \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 son derece dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>* Silikat boyalar y\u00fcksek su buhar\u0131 ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fine sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>* A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Sd (H2 0) de\u011feri (&lt;0.02 m) sayesinde beton tekrar \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde kurur.<\/p>\n<p>* Silikat teknolojisinde kullan\u0131lan pigmentler organik olmayan mineral pigmentlerdir ve UV radyasyonuyla k\u00f6t\u00fc hava \u015fartlar\u0131ndan etkilenmezler. Bu \u00f6zelliklerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc silikat mineral boya uygulanan beton y\u00fczeylerde kabarma-d\u00f6k\u00fclme g\u00f6r\u00fclmez.<\/p>\n<p>* Saf mineral pigmentler ( Fb kod B 1 ) sayesinde mutlak renk solmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>* Saf mineral pigmentlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve y\u00fczeylerin h\u0131zl\u0131 kurumas\u0131 nedeniyle yosun, alg vb olu\u015fumu g\u00f6r\u00fclmez.<\/p>\n<p>* Termoplastik olmayan ve anti-statik ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 sayesinde minimum \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kirlenme g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>* Silikat mineral kaplamalar\u0131n m\u00fckemmel bir \u00e7evresel profili vard\u0131r, yan\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildirler ve toksik gazlar salmazlar.<\/p>\n<p>Mineral mat y\u00fczey sayesinde orijinal beton g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc tamamen korunur. 130 y\u0131ll\u0131k tecr\u00fcbesi ile KEIM, beton y\u00fczeylerin korunmas\u0131 ve br\u00fct beton uygulamalar\u0131 konusunda da \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Uygulama \u00f6ncesi y\u00fczeyin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc<\/p>\n<p>KEIM Silikat esasl\u0131 mineral boya ile yap\u0131lan transparan uygulama sonras\u0131nda y\u00fczeyin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc<br \/>\nBr\u00fct beton renk ve dokusu korunarak sadece leke ve kirliliklerin giderilmesi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
