Ibix 25P Eco-blaster

IBIX 25P portable Eco-Blaster: fully made of extruded aluminium, easy to transport thanks to its wheels, lightweight and easy to use. This machine allows large diameter nozzles (up to 6.5 mm) to be used and increases productivity in terms of m2/h significantly It also features a larger tank for greater autonomy.

Recommended for the cleaning of medium-large surface areas. When connected to powerful air compressors with a minimum flow rate of 1000 – 1500 litres per minute the user can quickly clean an extensive surface area without having to refill the tank.

Nevertheless, the IBIX 25P can also be used for gentle cleaning tasks in that, like the IBIX 9F, it provides top-rate performance starting from pressures as low as 0.5 bar. This makes it ideal for delicate or precision tasks that need to be carried out on restricted surface areas using small-diameter nozzles.

Important note: to use nozzles with an internal diameter of 5 mm – 6.5 mm it is necessary to replace the standard nozzle holder and fit a nozzle holder with a wider internal diameter for larger-diameter nozzle sets.
Note that where nozzles from the larger series are used it will be necessary to use air compressors with a feed rate of at least 1000/1200 litres per minute in order to run the machine at pressures that give a certain productivity (4-5 bar).
Control valve air flow rate: 4200 litres / min.
Working pressure: from 0.5 bar to 8/9 bar.
Compressed air feed: minimum 800 litres / min where cylindrical nozzles from 3 – 3.5 mm are used.
