LANCE

For the IBIX 9F2:
Nozzle lance (1.2 m long) made of special material (ERGAL 70-75), complete with grip, trigger mechanism, inert material+air hose (6 m long) and nozzle holder at lance tip.

Recommended where cleaning surfaces that would otherwise be out of reach or when working from scaffolding (e.g. removal of graffiti up to head height or cleaning wooden beams, ceilings): allows the user to keep a safe distance from the surface being cleaned.

For the IBIX 25P:
Nozzle lance (1.2 m long) made of special material (ERGAL 70-75), complete with grip, trigger mechanism, inert material+air hose (10 m long) and nozzle holder at lance tip. Recommended where cleaning surfaces that would otherwise be out of to reach or when working from scaffolding (e.g. removal of graffiti up to head height or cleaning wooden beams, ceilings): allows the user to keep a certain distance from the surface being cleaned.

WATER VAPORIZER

The IBIX DL3K and DL6K VAPORIZER is designed to reduce the dust caused by projection of very fine, dusty materials. The IBIX DL3K and DL6K stop dust spreading with the aid of a special nozzle that sprays a fine “bell” of nebulized water. This bell stops the dust spreading to the surrounding environment.

The water vaporization nozzle incorporates a special support in which the IBIX gun nozzle is inserted and locked in place with a throttle screw.
The angle between material outflow and water outflow is specially designed to ensure optimal results.

With the tank full and the tap fully open the VAPORISER has 40 minutes’ autonomy: the tank holds 9.5 litres of water.

The DL3K VAPORIZER must be connected to an air compressor: this pressurises the water to a constant 3 bar and generates a water bell that is uniform, without generating drops that might compromise the efficiency of the blasting material.
Open the tap during work and re-close it once work is over.

- Low air consumption: a compressor with an effective air outflow rate of 350 l/min will suffice.

- Portability and lightweight plastic allow the Vaporisation System to be used in difficult-to-reach areas. Moreover, the device is extremely hard-wearing and does not require maintenance.

- The DL3K comes with a 3 m water hose and has been designed for use with the IBIX 9F2 Eco-Blaster; the DL6K, instead, has a 6 m hose and has been designed for use with the Eco-Blaster IBIX 25P.

IBIX DWK1

Dust abatement accessory for the IBIX 9F2, DL3K and A90 equipment sets.

The DWK1 is used to wash blasted surfaces so as to remove any powder residues on facades, floors, panelling or other aluminium items. The system is autonomous and does not require connection to the water mains or other complex equipment. The DWK1, in fact, has a rapid coupling for connection of the hose to the air compressor and a wash lance.

- The portability and lightness of the aluminium-made Wash System allow it to be used even in difficult-to-reach areas. Moreover, the device is extremely hard wearing and does not require maintenance.

SUCTION BRUSH

Brush-equipped device for dust-free blasting. Features an intake port for connection to an industrial vacuum system.

The blast gun nozzle is positioned inside a special hole while an ergonomic grip allows the user to hold the device comfortably.

Effective dust / inert blasting material suction capacity depends on the power of the industrial vacuum system.

Recommended for use on flat horizontal and vertical surfaces only and where completely uniform cleaning of the surface is necessary.

BACKPACK

Backpack-type carry harness for IBIX 9F2 blaster: allows user to carry the machine comfortably up and down ladders/scaffolding in comfort. A must in shipyards/boatyards and for NDT welding inspectors.
