    A short description of cleaning technique with IBIX Low Pressure-Centrifugal Blasting based Ecological Cleaning Systems and specially designed nozzles for this cleaning;
    Adjustable low pressure according to the condition of material and surface, changeable special nozzles, granule amount and size adjusted water blasting based technique assures delicate cleaning.

    IBIX Ecological Surface Cleaning System machines have changeable nozzles.
    The IBIX® System is an innovative mechanical process which uses a large variety of blasting media of different nature and grain sizes, from spherical Calcium Carbonate to aluminium oxyde, from Garnet Natural Mineral abrasive to vegetal blasting media such as crushed nutshells, from glass beads to sodium bicarbonate…

    The IBIX® Eco-blasters are able to use many different grain sizes from 38 microns to 1.8 mm. This enables you to obtain different surface preparation grades.
    Moreover, the IBIX® Sytem can be used both for dry blasting and wet blasting. For wet blasting a specially-designed mixing nozzle is used. This special nozzle mixes de-ionized water from a special plastic tank with the blasting media (calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate or magnesium bicarbonate). The centrifugal outflow at controlled pressure (from 0.2 bar to 7 bars) enables to clean the surfaces without damaging them.

    In short, dirt marks, coatings, graffiti etc. can be cleaned through rotational movement of mixture of air water and blasting material easily preserving original surface structure without any damage.

    Surface cleaning is achieved through blasting in form of oval bows created by rotational motion of mixture of air, water and blasting material. Consequently, underlying surface is conserved.
    By conserving original underlying surface more efficient cleaning is achieved.
    Applied technique halves blasting material and water usage.
    Blasting material is applied uniformly on the surface.
    Blasting material operates better on the surface by surface cleaning effect achieved by rotational pressurized air motion. Consequently, more efficient cleaning is achieved.
    It is easy to adjust pressure level and concentration based on surface and material situation.

    A short description of cleaning method with IBIX Low Pressure-Centrifugal Blasting based Ecological Cleaning Systems and specially designed nozzles for this cleaning;

    Before starting cleaning operation, sampling regions will be determined. Operation will be tested in this region first.
    Appropriate pressure, nozzle and granule size for this surface will be determined based on data obtained from the sampling region.
    Cleaning operation will be certified with before and after pictures.
